Application Of Drilling Fluid Defoamer

Drilling fluid defoamer is an organosilicone polyether copolymer, refined using a special process. It is specifically designed to solve defoaming problems in oil extraction and is mainly composed of organic hydroxyl compounds, silica, and dispersants. It exhibits good resistance to high temperature and pressure, as well as acid and alkali resistance. It is also highly effective in removing foam generated by surfactants, providing rapid and stable defoaming with a long-lasting foam suppression effect, while having no impact on oilfield processes.

Applications:
Drilling fluid defoamer is used for the removal and suppression of foam in crude oil and gas separation, gathering and transportation, extraction, tanking, and loading processes. It is also suitable for the removal and suppression of foam in other oil-based systems.

Recommended dosage:
The general dosage of drilling fluid defoamer is 0.1% to 0.8%. The specific dosage should be determined after testing. This product can be mixed evenly with other additives.
