This defoamer is consist of various kinds of organic hydroxyl compounds, synergist and fatty acid ether lipids, etc, it’s not minerals hydrocarbons containing, which is more environmentally friendly, and it can well compatible with foaming medium.

The product effect is stable during the shelf life, it can quick remove abundant of hazardous foams which foaming at the air knife and scraping force coating process while the paper-making paint pass through the pump, sieve and coating. 

1. This defoamer will not change the viscosity of coating, and it can not only remove the tiny foams quickly and thoroughly, but also prevent the situation of pinhole, spots and fish-eyes from foaming, largely improve the quality of coated paper.

2. Using simply, no resin obstacles situation., not containing chemical contents such as amino-compound, silica, silicone, oil, etc, which can cause resin obstacles. Thus this defoamer is effective in all kinds of temperature range.

This paper-making coating defoamer is used in whole production of papermaking, including coating sizing of paper-making industry, printing paper, 

stripping & washing, paper coating polymer system, coated paper, size defoaming, the paper surface sizing press process, glue, etc.

Usage: Direct add this defoamer to foaming systems.

Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.3%, the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test.

1. Packing: 25KG, 50KG, 120KG, 200KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: It’s non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non flammable, sealed storage in a cool, ventilated, dry

  place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product must be sealed well during transportation and prevent from Moisture, Strong acid &alkali and water etc.
