Defoamer for paper industry is compounded by special silicone polyether and some additives with high efficiency and good dispersibility.  

It is a kind of new type and defoamer for paper industry which designed specially to solve foams problem for paper pulp.

Advantages: High temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, it can keep the excellent foams control performance even if in the conditions of high temperature/ strong alkali.

Defoamer for paper industry is used in akaline pulping, alkaline pulp, pulp washing, bamboo pulp, bagasse pulp, neutral pulping, pulp rinsing, screening, bleaching, water treatment, the production foams control for black liquor pulp washing process of paper industry, the production of plant fiber pulp, etc. 

                                                          Application of Papermaking Defoamer in Papermaking

Usage: Direct add defoamer by drop pump to foaming systems.

Recommended dosage: 0.08~0.5kg for per ton of pulp in the initial stage, and adding 0.05~0.3kg for per ton of pulp in the air-dry stage, the the optimal dosage should be determined through actual test.

If want to control the dropping amount, diluting this product is available, only need to add water in and mixing slowly. Once dilute this product, it’s suggested to use up within 12 hours.  

1. Packing: 25KG, 50KG, 120KG, 200KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: It’s non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non flammable, sealed storage in a cool, ventilated, dry

  place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product must be sealed well during transportation and prevent from Moisture, Strong acid &alkali and water etc.
