Defoamer for water based ink has excellent foams control performance for printing ink, especially effective for solving tiny foams.  

Features: Small dosage, lasting foam suppressing effect, good water dispersibility, good intermiscibility with printing ink, not affect the film-forming property, no fish-eyes, no shrinkage cavity.

This defoamer applies to:

All kinds of ink, all kinds of emulsion synthesis, industrial polymerization of rubber, polymer adhesive,  coacervation and degassing technics, styrene acrylic emulsion, emulsion polymerization, etc.  

Apply to printing ink

Usage：Please add this defoamer to the foaming systems at the high-speed dispersing stage and grinding stage separately. The real dosage of each stage depends on the real situation.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~0.8%, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual testing.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
