This oilfield additives defoamer is a kind of high efficient powdered defoaming product.

In strong alkali systems, many silicone powdered defoamer will happen the situation of demulsification and oil floating, and lost the original physical status, thus, that will not only affect the defoaming ability, but also leave unexpected defects to the product systems.

While Zilibon defoamer has strong acid/ alkali resistance, it can solve this defect perfectly.

1. Consist of silicone polyether, hydroxy silicone oil, carbon-white and various kinds of additives.

3. Not easy to be affected by temperature, the quality is not easy to turn bad.

This defoaming powder is used in oilfield additives.

Apply to mining additives

Usage:

1. Direct add this defoamer to the foams surface to remove foams, it also can be diluted with water and then spray the diluted defoamer to the foams surface, or mixing evenly with other powdered additives before using.  

2. Recommended dosage: 0.1%～0.8%, the optimal dosage shall be determined through actual test. 

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
