This defoamer is designed specially for solving the foams which formed in the slurry system of flue gas desulfurization, it has good transparency, water-solubility, and long lasting foam suppressing effect, thus, this defoamer can control well the liquid level of the absorber tower, getting rid of the situation of inflated liquid level height which caused by foams, preventing from the slurry flowing backward, and reducing the blocking problem of heat exchanger(GGH) which caused by the heat from the foams.

The laboratory test data shows that our defoamer desulfurization performance is better than the ordinary organic silicon defoamer. The foam suppression time is longer than the ordinary product.

1. Please do test before using this product, to make sure there suitability.

2. Please stirring evenly before using.

3. Recommended dosage: The general dosage for 1 ton of seriflux is 5~40g each day, in the normal operating situation, take the seriflux as standard, the final dosage should be determined through the real test.

And this defoamer should be one-off & fast added when adding at the first time, and then adding again by each 24hours, but the actual dosage is affected by the foaming fluid composition, flue gas volume, coal composition, combustion condition, absorbent and sulfur dioxide composition.

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
